Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using coinserom.com, app.coinserom.com or ads.coinserom.com (together, "Coinserom", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Coinserom.
• One account per person. Operating multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of banned users, is prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts.
• You are responsible for your credentials. Withdrawals and campaign spending performed from your authenticated session are treated as yours.
• Email verification is required to activate earning features and referral relationships.

3. The Service

Coinserom combines a crypto-focused social network (posting, replies, reposts, private messages), earning features (rewarded ad views, tips, streaks, quests, leaderboard, referrals), an advertising marketplace (in-feed post ads and display banners) and a publisher network. Posting and earning are free; advertising is a paid service.

4. Balances & Earnings

• All balances are denominated in Bitcoin satoshis (sBTC) and tracked as whole integers.
• Main Balance holds your earnings (ad rewards, tips received, streaks, quests, leaderboard payouts, referral and publisher earnings) and is withdrawable.
• Purchase Balance holds funds you deposit for advertising. It can only be spent on campaigns and is never withdrawable and never convertible to Main Balance.
• Promotional or bonus credits, where granted, cannot be sent to other users and carry no cash value.
• Publisher earnings are subject to click validation; clicks found invalid are reversed. Validated earnings release to Main Balance automatically.
• Referral commission is 7% of referred users' ad earnings, paid from our margin. Referrals sharing a device or IP with the referrer are voided as self-referrals.

5. Earning Rules

• Rewarded views require genuine attention — automated viewing, scripts, emulators, view-exchange schemes and multiple simultaneous sessions are prohibited.
• We use technical fraud detection (device, network and behavior signals). Accounts flagged for fraudulent earning may have unpaid rewards voided and access removed.
• Using VPNs, proxies or identity manipulation to distort geo-targeted rewards is prohibited.

6. Advertiser Terms

• Campaigns are prepaid from your Purchase Balance at the rates published on this site at the time of creation.
• Every creative is reviewed before serving. We reject ads for: scams and deceptive claims (including "guaranteed profit" schemes), phishing or wallet-draining links, malware, adult content, and anything illegal in the campaign's target regions.
• You are responsible for the legality of your product and landing page in the jurisdictions you target.
• Billing is bot-filtered: invalid clicks and impressions are not charged. Charged spend on delivered, valid traffic is non-refundable; unspent campaign balance can be returned to your Purchase Balance on request.
• We may pause campaigns that break these rules; repeated violations forfeit the remaining balance of the offending campaign.

7. Publisher Terms

• Sites must be verified and approved before units serve. Sites with illegal, adult or plagiarized content are refused.
• Incentivizing, forcing or faking clicks ("click here to support us", iframes stacking, auto-refresh) is prohibited and voids related earnings.
• Ad units must not be modified, obscured or placed to induce accidental clicks.

8. Content Rules

• You own the content you post and grant us a license to display and distribute it within the service (including public post pages and embeds).
• Prohibited content: illegal material, adult/NSFW media (uploads are automatically scanned and blocked), harassment, impersonation, malware links, and financial scams.
• Spam is engineered against, not just forbidden: scam-pattern replies are collapsed with links disabled, and keyword-stuffing is de-ranked. Persistent spammers are removed.
• Private messages are private — we do not place ads in DMs and do not read them except as required for abuse investigation or by law.

9. No Financial Advice; Risk

Nothing on Coinserom is investment advice. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate; satoshi-denominated balances change in fiat value accordingly. Advertised projects are not endorsed by us — do your own research before sending anyone money.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with earned-but-fraudulent balances voided. Legitimate withdrawable balances remain claimable after ordinary terminations except in cases of fraud.

11. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us, or the withdrawable balance affected, in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, downtime, or losses caused by blockchain networks and third-party payment processors.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the platform and the "last updated" date revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
