What's the difference between Main Balance and Purchase Balance?
Main Balance = your earnings, withdrawable. Purchase Balance = advertising deposits, spendable on campaigns only — never withdrawable, never converts to Main. This separation is a hard platform rule that protects everyone from laundering-style abuse.
How do withdrawals work?

Why did a reward not credit?
Rewarded views are checked for bots, duplicate sessions and automation. If your account is flagged, rewards pause pending review — contact support if you believe a check misfired.

Why was my ad rejected?

Can I pause a campaign or get unspent budget back?
Pause and resume anytime from your dashboard. Unspent campaign balance can be returned to your Purchase Balance on request; spend on delivered, valid traffic is final.

How do publisher payouts work?
60% of every valid click, credited in sBTC and released automatically once validated — no minimum. Details: monetize your traffic.
Why was a click reversed?
Clicks that prove invalid (duplicate visitor, bot signature, self-click, wrong domain) are reversed and the advertiser refunded. The reason is logged per click in your dashboard.

Why was my post or reply collapsed?
The feed auto-collapses replies matching scam patterns (shortened links, scam phrases, link-only replies from brand-new accounts) behind a "Probable spam" notice with links disabled, and de-ranks keyword-stuffed posts. Nothing is deleted — readers can tap to view. Persistent spam leads to account action.
How is unsafe media handled?
Every uploaded image is scanned automatically before publication; unsafe content is blocked at upload and repeat sources are banned. You can also report any post — reported content auto-hides at a threshold pending review.
Are my DMs private?
