1. What We Collect

• Account data: username, email address, and a hashed password. Optional profile data you choose to add: name, bio, location, website, social links, avatar and banner images.
• Content: posts, replies, media uploads and private messages you create on the platform.
• Security & fraud data: IP address, approximate country (via our CDN), device and browser characteristics, and activity timestamps. This is the data that keeps rewarded views, referrals and publisher clicks honest.
• Payment data: cryptocurrency transaction identifiers and wallet addresses used for deposits and withdrawals. We never see or store card numbers.
• Visitor data on this website: standard server logs and, where you arrive through an affiliate link, the referral code and a one-day visitor record used to credit the referrer.

2. Why We Collect It

• To operate the service: accounts, feeds, messaging, earning, campaigns and payouts.
• To prevent fraud: bot filtering, duplicate-account detection, self-referral and self-click detection — this protects everyone's earnings and every advertiser's budget.
• To moderate content: uploaded images are automatically scanned for unsafe material before they reach the feed. Post and comment text and images may also be automatically analyzed by an AI service to assess crypto-relevance, quality and policy compliance (spam, scams, sensitive content) before ranking.
• To communicate: transactional emails such as verification codes and security notices.
• To measure the website: aggregate analytics on public pages (Google Analytics).

3. Who Processes It

We use a small number of processors, strictly for the purposes above: cryptocurrency payment processors (for deposits and withdrawals), a transactional email provider (for verification and notification emails), Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection and country detection), an AI service provider (Anthropic, for automated content quality and safety evaluation of posts and comments) and Google Analytics (public-site statistics). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies & Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and functional cookies for security. Public pages carry Google Analytics cookies. Affiliate visits set a short-lived record so referrers get credited. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on your data — ads on Coinserom are targeted by campaign settings (geo, device, language), not by profiling you across the web.

5. Private Messages

Direct messages are private: they are not used for advertising, not shared with advertisers, and not read by staff except where strictly necessary to investigate abuse reports or as required by law.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account exists. Fraud and security logs are retained for as long as needed to protect the platform. Affiliate visitor records expire after one day. If you close your account, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal or anti-fraud purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can access and edit your profile data in settings at any time. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting [email protected]. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR regions), you may have additional rights to restriction, objection and portability — we honor these on request.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm, balances are tracked as atomic integers with audit history, admin surfaces are access-controlled, and all traffic runs over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.

9. Children

Coinserom is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; such accounts are removed when identified.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the platform and the "last updated" date revised.
